Products & availability

Every item on SayItWear is printed on demand. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing or typographical errors, and refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in US Dollars. Payment is charged at checkout. Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address.

Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on SayItWear are owned by SayItWear and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our designs.

Product use

Our shirts are made to be worn. Wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print. We're not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper care.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

Limitation of liability

SayItWear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
