Once a drop closes, it's gone. Returns honored, but no restock — even on returns.

Returns & Refunds

Because every SayItWear shirt is printed to order just for you, we don't accept buyer's-remorse returns. But if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong item, we'll make it right — no questions asked.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Email hello@sayitwear.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You keep the original — no need to ship anything back.

Sizing

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Sizing mistakes aren't covered under this policy, but we'll happily help you pick the right size next time.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges are refunded only if the issue is on us.
