How long does my order take?
Every item is printed fresh when you order. Production takes 2-5 business days, then shipping takes 3-5 business days within the US. Total order-to-door time is typically 5-10 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
What do you sell?
T-shirts, crewneck sweatshirts, hoodies, and mugs — all featuring original designs made for specific trades and professions. Every item is printed on demand in the USA.
Can I return something if I just don't like it?
Because every item is printed just for you, we can't accept buyer's-remorse returns. But if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong item, email us within 30 days at hello@sayitwear.store with a photo — we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You keep the original.
How do I pick the right size?
Check out our size guide — we list exact chest and length measurements for every product we sell. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Our tees run true to standard Bella+Canvas sizing, crewnecks and hoodies run true to Gildan sizing.
What brands/materials do you print on?
- T-Shirts: Bella+Canvas 3001 — 100% Airlume combed ring-spun cotton, 4.2 oz, retail fit
- Crewneck Sweatshirts: Gildan 18000 — 50/50 cotton-poly, 8 oz heavyweight
- Hoodies: Gildan 18500 — 50/50 cotton-poly, 8 oz heavyweight, double-lined hood
- Mugs: 11 oz white ceramic, dishwasher and microwave safe
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over $50 ship free within the US.
How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low. Don't iron directly on the print. No bleach, no dry cleaning. The print will last for years if you follow these steps.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we're US-only for now. International shipping is on the roadmap. Sign up for our email list and we'll let you know when it launches.
How do I change my shipping address after ordering?
Email us at hello@sayitwear.store within 2 hours of ordering. Once production starts, we can't change the address.
My tracking hasn't updated. Is something wrong?
Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update in the carrier system. If it hasn't updated in 7+ business days, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Do you do custom designs?
Not currently — we make the designs we want to see in the world. If you've got a great idea that fits a specific trade, drop us a line and we may add it to the lineup.
Can I get a discount on bulk orders?
Yes. For orders of 20+ of the same design, email us at hello@sayitwear.store for custom pricing.
