Shipping times (United States)
- Production: 2-5 business days (every item is printed fresh to order)
- Shipping: 3-5 business days after production
- Total order-to-door: typically 5-10 business days
Shipping rates
- Orders under $50 — shipping calculated at checkout based on location and order size
- Orders $50 and over — FREE US standard shipping
International shipping
Not available yet. Join our email list — we'll notify you when it launches.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Carrier systems can take 24-48 hours to show updates.
Returns
Since every item is printed just for you, we don't accept buyer's-remorse returns. But we make it right when something's wrong:
- Damaged or misprinted? Email hello@sayitwear.store with a photo within 30 days — we send a free replacement or full refund. No need to ship anything back.
- Wrong item? Same deal. Photo, 30 days, we fix it.
- Wrong size? Sizing mistakes aren't covered, but check our size guide before you order, and email us if you're unsure.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, or if your package is marked delivered but never arrived, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier.
How refunds work
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method in 5-10 business days. Shipping is refunded only if the issue is on us.
Changing your address
Email us within 2 hours of ordering. Once production starts, the address is locked.
